I. Preamble

This Anti-Spam Policy is enforced by ByteNAP Networks, LLC, doing business as SSD Grow (“SSD Grow”). SSD Grow maintains a stringent “No Spam” Policy as outlined in this document. SSD Grow does not condone or engage in Spam, nor does it permit its affiliates or partners to engage in Spam. We will terminate our relationship with any entity guilty of producing illegal Spam and will cooperate with law enforcement to ensure that violators are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Applicability of this Policy:

  • This policy must be read and followed by anyone who has any relationship with SSD Grow, as a condition of maintaining that relationship.

Parties Addressed in this Policy:

  • ByteNAP Networks, LLC, dba https://www.ssdgrow.com, also referred to herein as “SSD Grow” or “We/Us/Our.”
  • All affiliates or members of the Website
  • Any affiliates, employees, contractors, servants, or agents of SSD Grow, referred to as “Affiliate” or “you/your.” The existence of a relationship with us does not imply or create additional relationships.

II. Zero Tolerance for Unsolicited Email

SSD Grow enforces a strict ban on the dissemination of unsolicited commercial email (UCE), commonly known as “spam.” While federal law permits the dissemination of unsolicited bulk email under specific, regulated conditions, SSD Grow opts for a stricter prohibition against all forms of spam activities by affiliates and promoters of this website. This includes:
  • Any bulk email promotions disseminating profiles or information pertaining to SSD Grow, regardless of the method by which recipient email addresses are acquired, generated, or obtained.
  • The use of opt-in, double opt-in, or any form of email recipient lists is prohibited, even if such practices are otherwise permissible under state or federal law.
Violations of this strict Anti-Spam Policy will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions or other entitlements. SSD Grow reserves the right to audit and investigate compliance with this Anti-Spam Policy at any time, with or without notice.

Our Commitment:

Beyond legal requirements, our commitment extends to prohibiting forms of Spam that the law has not yet addressed, including but not limited to:
  • Spim (instant messenger spam),
  • Spamming of internet newsgroups,
  • Spamming on classified services like Craigslist, except in areas designated for such posts,
  • Using any personal service to send Spam to other members,
  • Any other forms of Spamming.
In essence, if you are sending a message to someone who does not know you, you may not include any information about SSD Grow. Advertisements or posts containing our company information must be relevant and appropriately categorized.

III. Indemnification

Affiliates, agents, employees, or other promoters engaging in electronic commercial mail promotion in contravention of this policy agree to indemnify and hold SSD Grow harmless from all claims, charges, suits, or other legal actions arising from violations of the Act or other applicable laws regulating the transmission of commercial email. SSD Grow will promptly notify the responsible party of any such claims, while retaining the right to select its attorneys and control the defense at the affiliate’s expense.

IV. Additional Information

SSD Grow reserves the right to suspend any account it suspects to be involved in Spamming or related activities until an investigation can be concluded, in cooperation with the account holder.
